Everything you need to know before you walk through the door.
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes — no exceptions. This is for sanitary and safety reasons. We offer complimentary socks to first-time visitors! After that, you can rent, purchase, or bring your own. If you are not wearing them, we will request that you rent or purchase them before class.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class start time. This allows enough time to sign forms, purchase any add-ons (such as water or socks), and receive your introduction to the Miniformer Pro. As we're a small shop, we have a zero-minute late policy for new clients. If you did not receive a demo of the machine, we cannot let you in for safety reasons and will ask you to reschedule.
While the moves are slow and controlled, Lagree is all about quick transitions between blocks to keep the intensity high. Take breaks and hydrate when needed — you know your body best. And last but not least, have fun. We're up north for a good time. Leave the seriousness at the door!
If you have not taken a class at lagree by the lake before, you will not be permitted in class if you are late. If you have taken a class before, you receive a 5-minute grace period. The studio door will be closed after 5 minutes — for your safety and to minimize disruptions. We understand life happens and will re-credit your account as a one-time offer.
Our cancellation window is 12 hours before class to retain your credit. Please use your online account to cancel or reschedule. This ensures anyone on the waitlist has the opportunity to join. If you cancel after 12 hours, your class credit will be deducted from your account.
To book a class, you will need an account and a valid credit balance. Drop-ins will not be accommodated, as waivers must be signed before class. Credits will be available to purchase Spring 2026.
Every body is different, and our instructors are trained to meet you where you are. Whether you're working around an injury, new to fitness, or somewhere in between — modifications and progressions are always available. If you have any specific concerns, let your instructor know before class.
